Cara Reeves began working for the Town in April 2024 as the Assistant to the Town Manager and Zoning Administrator. Shortly thereafter, she was appointed Interim Town Manager, and in September 2024, she was selected to permanently fill the position. Cara and her husband relocated from New England, where she had worked in municipal government since 2018. Her professional background includes roles such as Deputy Village Clerk, Community Planner, and Human Resources Director. She holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Public Administration. As Town Manager of Laurel Park, Cara serves as the Chief Executive Officer and leads a dedicated team of 22 full-time and 2 part-time employees.
