The Henderson County Food Finder is a free, public online map connecting Henderson County residents with local food resources. Launched by the Community Foundation of Henderson County in partnership with the Henderson County Hunger Coalition and FastRoots, the Food Finder makes it easier for individuals and families to locate food assistance close to home.

FastRoots builds and maintains verified local food resource data, confirmed firsthand by paid community stewards and re-verified on a recurring schedule. This reliable, up-to-date information helps funders, coalitions, and food providers better understand and support the needs of their communities.

To date, 43 food resources are listed on the map, including food pantries, meal programs, produce distributions, and other food assistance services.

Anyone in Henderson County can access the Food Finder at hcfoodfinder.org from a phone or computer. Users can enter an address and select a distance to find nearby resources. No app download or registration is required.
